Finale got around to ordering one last Sunday arrived Tuesday, set it up Tuesday, night ten minutes later sitting down stairs reprogramming phone book on phone hand sets to to make sure that it dials out to mobiles on BT line. So far £3 on BT £0 on orange, I am sure this will cut my BT bill by about £30 a month so should pay for itself in a month and half. All leads supplied and easy to set up, very brief instructions but to the point, asked a couple of questions from customer support and all answered within 4 hours ten time faster then orange support!! 10 out off 10 for supplier 8 out of ten for instructions so overall 9 out of 10. So save yourself some money and order you will not regret
