This clever little device easily and cheaply solves the problem of having 2 telephone lines but wanting to use just 1 'phone for them both. You can make cheap/free calls over VOIP and receive calls on your BT and VOIP lines on the same 'phone. I ordered it one day and it was delivered the next. Before ordering, I asked Cooltronics Technical Support a question about Caller ID and got an explanation straightway. I put the advice into action as soon as I received the AX522 and, hey presto, CLI was working on BT incoming calls! A great gadget from a great supplier. Top marks!
